Scandal Photo Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza

“Dayana is not in jeopardy of losing the title. We embrace and respect her success as a model and the artistic beauty captured in these photographs. They are artistic in nature and don’t have an ounce of pornographic content to them,” said the President of the Miss Universe Organisation, Paula M. Shugart.

The 22-year-old Venezuelan beauty queen, Dayana Mendoza, modelled for the raunchy pictures before she signed up as a Miss Universe contestant. The beauty queen has been caught in a nude scandal after photos of her modelling naked for a Italian jewelry firm surfaced on internet.

However, Miss Universe Organisation officials have decided not to penalise Mendoza, insisting that the candid photos were not pornographic. Miss Mendoza is not in danger of losing her crown for the nude photos because of the nature of the photos.
